Eligibility for Refund
To be for a refund, the Biscotti Box must be in its original packaging and unused. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons. Additionally, any free gifts or promotional items included with your purchase must also be returned in their original condition.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. You will then have another 7 days to return the item once you have informed us.
One of our friendly representatives will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your product.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning the item to ensure its safe arrival.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned Biscotti Box and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process your request. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive an email notification once the transaction is complete.
